ioBridge Demo
Hans Scharler from ioBridge, will be returning to HackPittsburgh for the second time to demo his company’s outstanding product and let us know what’s new in the two years since he was last here. The ioBridge allows users to easily (with no programming or soldering needed) connect the real world to the virtual world. Using plug in modules, an ioBridge owner can add sensor data to their websites or control motors and lights around their homes with a click of a button on the web.
A good example of some of the basic functionality of the ioBridge is the “Shop Status” section of this page. Using a light sensor and a temperature probe, we let you know if people are working in the shop and what weight clothing you might need to hang out.
This event is free and open to the public. Doors will open at 7pm and the presentation will start shortly after.
