How-to Make Chocolate Truffles!

Please join us Friday March 2nd, for a hands-on Make Your Own Chocolate Truffles night!
Member Laura will show you how to go from raw ingredients to finished product.
We’ll have Vegan Truffles and also Bacon Truffles prepared in advance in separate
kitchens with separate utensils. On separate tables, we’ll finish the last step and then have a taste test.

Free and Open to the Public.
Doors open at 7pm and the event will start shortly after that.
We’re at 1936 Fifth Avenue, in the garage around back on Watson.
