An Introduction To OpenSCAD

Friday November 4th, we will show you how to get started with OpenSCAD to create parametric 3D models. With a few lines of code, you can quickly create objects that are easily scalable and adjustable with a simple change of parameters. OpenSCAD is a popular tool on sites such as Thingiverse.com for creating 3D printable models. We will also have a Makerbot Cupcake on-hand to print out a few of the designs that are created during the workshop.
