Thursday, April 17th: Oscilloscope Intro for Beginners

Have you ever wanted to learn to use an oscilloscope but don’t have one or don’t know where to start? Come and learn how to use one at Hack Pittsburgh (Pittsburgh’s DIY Makerspace). April 17,2014 at 7pm.

Oscilloscopes are useful for viewing various analog and digital signals including: music, human speech, heart signals, brain waves, etc. This class is for the absolute beginner. If you already know how to use Oscilloscopes, you will most likely be bored. But for those of you who want to buy an oscilloscope or just use one, and have no idea where to start, this is for you.

 

Free and open to the public! The doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 7:30. We’re located at 1936 5th Avenue, in the garage around back on Watson street. Look for our flag above the door.
